The sampler made of Green PE is produced in our class 7 (10,000) clean room and individually packaged for disposable use.
Green PE bio-plastic has all the suitable properties of conventional polyethylene but is manufactured from renewable raw materials and can be completely recycled.
The ladle is suitable for taking samples of liquids and viscous media as well as powders and granulates. The ladle has a very smooth bottom and rounded corners. This makes it possible to reach into any corner of a container or to take medium directly from the bottom of the container.
A long handle with indentations for fingers ensures a firm hold and precise work.

The 304/PTFE descender rope is characterized by its high purity materials. The PTFE coating prevents the rope from getting wet and allows liquids to run off without leaving a residue. With a tensile load of up to 10 kg (22.05 pd.), it is ideal for use with immersion samplers such as diving bottles and diving bombs. Excellent chemical resistance ensures a long service life and flexible, reliable operation.

The EX copper rope with loops is specially designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Made from high quality copper, a non-sparking metal, it offers maximum safety when used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Different tools can be attached to the telescopic rod (snap-in joint). The individual rods have been provided with an end stop. This means that one rod cannot accidentally slip out of another rod.
The telescopic rods cannot be rotated radially, which means even better handling!

While the MiniSampler is designed for laboratory use, the ProfiSampler has been specially developed for rough industrial use.
Vacuum samplers have the advantage that the sample liquid only comes into contact with the suction hose and the original sample bottle. The possibility of cross-contamination is greatly reduced. Immediately after taking the sample, the bottles are sealed. The disposable suction hose can quickly be replaced. This guarantees that the samples are always authentic. If necessary, a new hose can be used for every single sample.
Due to its small diameter (8 mm (0.31 in.)), the hose can reach narrow, seemingly inaccessible sampling areas.
